QUINOA AND BULGUR BURGER

INGREDIENTS

  • AMÍO ‘Quinoa and Bulgur’ Plant-Based Burger Mix
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Salad
  • Red cabbage
  • Pomegranate seeds

INGREDIENTS FOR THE YOGURT SAUCE

  • 100 g of Greek yogurt

  • Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, mint, basil)

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt, pepper

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Prepare the burgers by following the instructions on the box, it only takes 8 minutes!
  2. Thinly slice the onion and cook it in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

  3. Add the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar, then let it simmer over low heat until soft and caramelized.

  4. Mix Greek yogurt, chopped herbs, a few drops of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  5. Prepare the salad, slice the tomato, and finely shred the red cabbage.

  6. Lightly toast the buns.

  7. Spread the yogurt sauce on the base.

  8. Add in order: salad, warm burger, tomato, caramelized onion, red cabbage.

  9. Finish with a teaspoon of sauce and a few pomegranate seeds.
